Hi thanks, this is a big issue for our organization, so i want to know the limitations for a platform NL acount, since we are a dutch company. And if we can do something to prevent this, for example using a stripe US account
we can create a legal entity there aswell.

That's correct only the error is completly different
With this US account i can create a checkout process
while that was not possible with a MX account
But i know what to do

Yeah MX has specific regulations where only certain countries can collect app fees -- it might be US-only platforms for that
