The main issue here is when the funds become available, since it takes a few days usually.
Currently, do your clients get paid 7 days after the charge, or after the funds land on their available Stripe balance?

It's usually 7 days from the point it's transferred to their connect account. But we have a competitor, who can pay them the next day. One of our repairers is on both ours and the conmpetitor platform and sent this

This account in particular has a long history with Stripe and the competitor "Axioma" but still takes us 7 days to pay them

I was wondering if the competitor, uses the API for manual payouts, to pay them quicker

You would only be able to pay out as soon as balance becomes available: https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/types#event_types-balance.available

But I am not sure its possible on the next day. It's best to ask Stripe Support what's possible for your account specifically: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
