Hey Rubeus, thank you for the input. The customer is experiencing intermitent connectivity issues. Would DNS config change help in this case?

It might, it depends on the specific kinds of issues. That error is also common when there are general connection issues.

If their connection issues are due to their current DNS servers being flaky, for example, switching to Cloudflare's DNS servers may resolve the issue.
