There wouldn't be a balance transaction/fee until the initial payment succeeds, so generally getting that on creation of a Subscription isn't possible (unless you've collected payment details upfront)
Once you know the payment has succeeded, like via the payment_intent.succeeded event, then you can look up the fee via the latest_charge field: https://docs.stripe.com/expand/use-cases#stripe-fee-for-payment
