My test balance are stuck in Available soon
Because you are seeing the error in both, and because the error says to reach out to our support team, you should reach out to our support team
To bypass that pending state you can use our test cards that put balance directly in your available balance https://docs.stripe.com/testing#available-balance
Or you can create a top up

If you are creating a transfer from your platform to your connected account, the funds need to be on the platform
yes, I have alraedy transfered the funds to the platform
but when I tried to transfer to another connected account, it throws that error
From a connected account to another connected account? Or just platform to specific other connected account?
Connected account A -> platform -> connected account B
That is the flow. Im now at platform -> connected account B
If you retrieve account B in the API, what does it show for their transfers capability?
