Okay, looking at the request to update the schedule. First phase is April 1 to May 1, second phase was changed so it's a trial that ends on 1715751836 (May 15 05:43:56 UTC)
Previously, the second phase was May 1 - June 1
Okay I see, so the second phase became a trial which ends on the 15th so therefore being a trial - it has no charge associated, then it seems what happened if my intent was to extend the current subscription by 14 days, I chose the wrong phase to affect?
Because had I applied what I did to the current phase I had, then it would’ve worked exactly as I desired
That seems like a very reasonable error, is there a way to revert this action or is the only way for me to update it once more from a trial to a normal?
I’d be extremely grateful if you could help me with that because we don’t have billing scale and therefore cannot manually make these changes.
And god forbid I try to fix this with JavaScript given the current situation
I think you'll need to update this once more yourself, or add a new phase with a new trial
Am I able to update this using the previous information to change it back?
