to be honest i dont know, i have just setup my product with taxes, when i use the stripe payment page, that's works but not on my php integration

Got it, thanks for the context. I see the PaymentLink you used has automatic tax enabled.
When you created a Subscription with PHP code, automatic tax was not enabled: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_T7sRKbbN0AlmXH
You'll want to pass automatic_tax.enabled: true: https://docs.stripe.com/tax/subscriptions#create-a-subscription
