Hello! Since you have a WordPress plugin am I correct to assume that the Webhook Endpoints you're trying to create are intended to send Events to the plugin installs themselves? Meaning it's not your platform that wants to listen to the Events, you want your users to be able to easily listen to their own Events?

Yes, that's correct. We want to set up Webhook Endpoints so that they send event data to each individual install of Paid Memberships Pro

That's not something that's generally possible, but you can write in to support with very specific details about your use case and request that your platform be allowed to create Webhook Endpoints on your connected accounts via the API. Make sure you provide very verbose, very granular details about what you're building, how it works, and why you're requesting the ability.
