You can fetch all Disputes via API: https://docs.stripe.com/api/disputes/list
But I am not sure it features any dates except created.
And no, it's not possible to get events beyond 30 days threshold unfortuntately.

We couldn't locate any dates on the dispute object
that's why we are looking for an alternative
Any way to get only dates of those events?

You might be able to look at balance_transactions[].created, if any transactions were created as a result of those Disputes https://docs.stripe.com/api/disputes/object#dispute_object-balance_transactions

The balance_transactions[].created seems to match the dispute creation date in most cases also was confirmed here https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1229441824431804466 that it will only work for disputes that were won

I don't think you can achive this for past Disputes, unfortunately. You will need to monitor events for all the new Disputes from now on.
