I am getting an exit 1 error

interval only accepts daily, manual, weekly, or monthly.

For payout every Friday,

• interval should be set to weekly : https://docs.stripe.com/api/accounts/create#create_account-settings-payouts-schedule-interval
• weekly_anchor to friday: https://docs.stripe.com/api/accounts/create#create_account-settings-payouts-schedule-weekly_anchor
