My understanding is the name is kinda pulled from their saved PaymentMethod if any and you have no way to prefill those. If they are pulled from the customer they become read only

Ok, so the email is alway read only if they are pulled from the customer using customerId?

As for the name it works fine for me in payment mode as it pulls from the Customer's saved PaymentMethod but doesn't work in setup mode
