Hello! Wish payment APIs/UIs are you using to collect payments? Checkout? Payment Element?
Can you share an example ID of where Swish wasn't available? Maybe a pi_xxx or cs_xxx ID
We are using redirect to checkout
In that case a cs_xxx ID please

Sorry, you described the issue as if Swish wasn't showing on your payment page/Checkout as expected?

Yes that is correct
But no order have been made by our customers since we turned it on
Then you must have a Checkout Session ID (cs_xxx) where Swish wasn't available?
I don't need a completed payment, just a session ID where somebody was redirected to the Stripe URL
Thanks, let me have a look
Looks like the account (acct_1ND7viGgyAP9b3Uk) doesn't have Swish enabled, as your screenshot highlights
According to this guide, I'd recommend disabling it on your platform settings (here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods/connected_accounts?config_id=pmc_1OHOBqGbds3gGNXr2HNnMhSh) and then re-enabling it. That might re-trigger the capability

You can see from that page that you have eligible accounts, but no enabled accounts. Hopefully that update will trigger them into the enabled state:
After you review and confirm your update, Stripe converts all Eligible connected accounts to Enabled, with a capability status of active. Stripe also automatically applies the capability to new accounts as they become eligible. This could happen because a new account signs up for your platform and finishes inputting their information or because an account updates their information to become eligible for the payment method, such as updating their MCC from one that’s ineligible to one that’s eligible.
Yes I actually tried to turn it off and on multiple times yesterday
But no luck
I just did it again
Turned on again
