You have set the metadata on the checkout session object. The Dashboard will only show metadata that is attached to PaymentIntent objects. https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-payment_intent_data-metadata you might want to set the metadata on PaymentIntent through payment_intent_data[metadata]
