Yes you can
Please share the proper documentation
Also I want to process checkout without showing the Stripe UI to the user by charging the default payment method..
Is that possible?
https://docs.stripe.com/payments/save-and-reuse?platform=ios&mobile-ui=payment-element#charge-saved-payment-method this is how you charge with a saved payment method
I want to just save the card and mark it default. Without processing payments right away. Is it possible using this?
By "mark it default", you mean save it as customer's invoice_settings.default_payment_method ?
Sure you can do that. By using SetupIntent APIs, you can collect a payment method from a customer without creating a charge.
If you are using Stripe mobile SDK, you are eligible for SAQ A https://docs.stripe.com/security/guide#pci-compliance-requirement-by-integration
And we can use the setup intent by using the Mobile SDK?
Yes, follow the link that I sent earlier.
