Hi there, this is expected. A destination charge with on_behalf_of flag is always created on the platform.

I have few questions:

What is the use of on_behalf_of in destination charges (is this only for the cross border charges and the billing entity)?
I am onboarding our customers via express account setup. How can I make direct charges using this setup?

2). No you shouldn't use direct charges on express connect accounts
