The invoice.upcoming event is what you are looking for. We don't have a separate event to do the same thing.

But invoice .created and invoice.finalized will both fire when at billing time
If you need something in addition to that, I recommend you build your own solution that is triggered by invoice.upcoming but reminds you 12 days later
