Alright well I agree, everything looks correct to me and the DNS/TXT/CNAME checks seem to be passing via online tools. We aren't experts in custom email verification here as we really just focus on the API so the next step is to report this to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login so they can dive into this with our Engineers more deeply for why your domain isn't verifying.
