Hello! The platform account that is making the request (acct_1DttDZK0YRm1jRFD) doesn't have the necessary permission, hence the error
The successful request is made by a different platform (acct_1DjBfvDhc9AczrK4) which does have the necessary permission
Because these are Connect related requests the permissions needs to be applied to the platform correctly
ok I would expect that the permission was checked against the connected authorized account: acct_1JkE75Epffh9CEHx and not the one which perform the request
Seems reasonable to expect that, but that's not how it works in Connect scenarios. The 'permission' needs to be applied at the platform level
ok do you think we could enable this ability to create setup intent with verification: skip for acct_1DttDZK0YRm1jRFD ?
Hi for those kinds of things (enabling features for accounts), you'll need to write into our support team
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
We just answer questions about the api in here
ok thanks I think there is already a support ticket for that but I am not in the loop
Gotcha. They should get it handled through that then
they said it was enbabled this morning but it appears it is not, so I went here because I was a bit desperate. Anyway thanks for your time
I see. I'd just follow up in the ticket, explaining that it needs to be applied to acct_1DttDZK0YRm1jRFD
