i see now that there is something wrong with the cookie banner. I disabled it and now i can access the link

You can create a Payment Link in multiple places.
- In the Dashboard for Payment Links: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payment-links
- In the Dashboard when looking at the Price records for a specific product
- VIa the API https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_links/payment_links/create
