I have tried initiating the stripe connect flow both via: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/overview and also via code,
https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/webhooks/we_ => this stays "Waiting for Events".

I added a webhook with all account hooks.

Did you create a Connect endpoint?

This is different than a "Direct" endpoint (which only listens for Events on your own account)

That was the issue. I didn't select "Connect" when creating it. Thanks!
