Hello! Some of those load times do seem slow in some cases. Is there somewhere I can reproduce the issue?
This is our web app, when clicking on a bundle a modal open with a the checkout page that contains a web elements

Soft Store
the skeleton for the right side of the modal is showing until both the ExpressCheckoutElement and PaymentElement onReady event fire
I tried the page a few times and it seemed quite responsive. Obviously there are a ton of factors that can influence load times, and investigating the cause can take them. I'd recommend writing into our team with full details including code and we can take a deeper look: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email?topic=api_integration
