For simulated reader, it can be created with the step here: https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/payments/connect-reader?terminal-sdk-platform=server-driven&reader-type=simulated#create-a-simulated-reader that will return you an terminal ID (tmr_xxx), which can be further used in the reader.PresentPaymentMethod

One more thing, do I need to create a location for it, or does Stripe provide a test location as well?
