@atomic steeple ApplePay and GooglePay work like a card and support authorization and capture or manual capture yes.

What about Amazon Pay or Cash App?

CashApp does not and Amazon Pay does

ah wait I'm wrong, https://docs.stripe.com/payments/place-a-hold-on-a-payment-method says CashApp Pay does support it after all
