Are you sure you've been able to store wallets? My understanding is that it is not currently supported
https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/features/saving-cards/save-cards-directly?terminal-sdk-platform=react-native#availability
With Tap to Pay it works, yes
We can see the stored payment method in the dashboard and we can charge it later on
Just to clarify, I mean debit cards stored on another phone, like a Visa card on the Google Wallet app
Tapping another phone on the WisePad 3 with NFC
Google wallet app is different than google pay, yes?
Correct
I just tested it, same card physical and saved on the phone
It only works with the physical one
But with Tap to Pay, it works with both
My understanding is saving mobile wallets feature is only available for certain businesses like car and hotel.
do you have an example of it working with tap to pay? if so, can you share the object IDs?
Okay give me a second
Just done it, let me look for the object
pm_1P41i2F03L74ac1Et13njNxF
this is the object id from the event payment_method.attached
I just realized that the expiry date and last 4 digits are not the ones on the card actually
Hmm I'm not sure why this works tbh.
Yup, looks strange
you can see in the object the property "wallet" with google pay on it as well
Yeah.. I'll try to confirm with our product team about this however it may take a while for them to get back.
I'd recommend creating a support case for this via
