As the answer suggests, Products can only one set of text, unfortunately. You should either use multiple sets of Products, for each langauge, or use the placeholders.

Okay, hoped there was a better solution. How do I handle this with titles as those are displayed in the checkout page. Therefore I cant use placeholders there
