When you say new, are you referring to the first payment? As the first payment was even longer than 7 days, one of our connect accounts has done a lifetime of £1,030 since the 20th March and they've had 3 seperate payouts but they still seem to be on a 7 day payout. One of our compeitiors manages to get the money into the connect account's bank account the next day.

Gotcha. Yeah I was referring to first payment.
Hmm I'd recommend working with our support team about this as they're more familiar with payout related stuff and they can help narrow down on what's causing this delay
