which had a 200 OK response
the logs all show 200 OK for this customer
but then the events has the "usd failed" event
an attempt to fulfill the payment pi_3P3RCSHCa9cmCqg60W2X4aLm for $5.90 USD failed
do i need to set a payment method domain*** when using the Payment Element with just cards?

I do not think there is an integration issue here. It seems to be working as expected. The card appears to have been declined, https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments/pi_3P3RCSHCa9cmCqg60W2X4aLm. You can read more about card declines here: https://docs.stripe.com/declines/card
