Hi, I think you could start with Separate Charges and Transfers, https://docs.stripe.com/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers. This allows you to create the charge on your Plarform account, then transfer the funds to the Connected Accounts at a later time. With Express Connect Accounts, we recommend either Destination charges, https://docs.stripe.com/connect/destination-charges or Separate Charges and Transfers. On both of the flows, the pricing objects etc. would belong to the Platform Account.
