That seems silly, how am I supposed to send someone they're invoice with just a name and country

Yep confirmed -- unfortunately Paypal just doesn't pass this information to us so we can't provide it to you. I agree it would be useful to have that... I'll submit feeback internally to encourage us to reach out to Paypal to see how we can facilitate this.

For now, you would have to collect these billing details yourself if you need them.
