I have gone through the link, but I need to pull brand_product information from the payment method created before processing the discount
๐ happy to help
Hi
you can look at the info on the PM https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_methods/object#payment_method_object-card
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
Below is my use case
Custom Enters the card details
Once he click submit, I create Payment Method, from payment Method I can pull brand_product
Apply the relevant discount and Capture the payment
you don't really need to use the build-a-two-step-confirmation guide
I can't find the article which creates the payment method in step #1 and then captures the payment at step #2
you could rather use the deferred flow
Ok, can you provide me reference
then you need to do this step https://docs.stripe.com/payments/accept-a-payment-deferred?platform=web&type=payment#create-pm
in order to create the PM
and get the values you needed
