hi! as far as I know, no. And you can't make the amount 0 no since then it's not a payment, it would be saving a payment method(and PayNow doesn't support that anywway)
for this use case you are probably better off directly integrating PayNow into your own custom page(https://docs.stripe.com/payments/paynow/accept-a-payment?payment-ui=direct-api) and using that.
