I think the ones you are looking for are in the features.subscription_update.default_allowd_updates parameter: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customer_portal/configurations/create#create_portal_configuration-features-subscription_update-default_allowed_updates

Correct. Once you have created the Configuration that does what you want, you can just specify the configuration ID when creating new Portal sessions. https://docs.stripe.com/api/customer_portal/sessions/create#create_portal_session-configuration
