Hi @ancient jewel - I'm not the App developer no. I want to trigger installing the app on a connected account outside of Stripe.

But it looks like it has to be your app.

yeah I don't think we have really planned for the mode you are describing today though it's an interesting feature request. I think for now your best option is to send them instructions of installing the Xero app itself or maybe reaching out to Xero to see if they can simplify their installation flow?

Hmm yea our customer base would struggle with that

It would also mean if we were to use Custom accounts - no apps would work as they couldnt be installed via the ui

correct we don't have support for Custom accounts for now.
