Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Umm can you tell me that what additional features are provided to us or happens if we enable the link in Payment methods as well

#

Currently it is active under link options and available in checkouts

#

This is what Rubeus(admin here) told me :
The Payment Methods section, where Link is listed among many other methods, primarily applies to integrations that use automatic payment methods, like the Payment Element. Link in Checkout is a separate setting in the dedicated Link settings.

It doesn't enable/disable a specific Link feature, these settings just determine whether Link is showing at all

Sir, I mean If we enable it in Payment methods section now will anything gets added on? or the behaviour is same as current with link enabled under link settings.

Correct, same behavior

The Payment Element is part of an integration flow where you build your own custom page to take payments. The Payment Element lists many payment methods (similar to checkout) and can do so programmatically (again, similar to checkout). So this is about something that is similar to what you are working with but is very separate https://docs.stripe.com/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=elements
