👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1225429850160889987

Hello there, we only focus on supporting the API directly here. We really don't know anything about these connectors. Fortunately there is a part of our Support team that focuses on them so you'll want to reach out to https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and they can help you with this.

#

My only guess here is to check the API version on your account

#

So it is possible that if you are on an older version then that is causing the error

#

But really I can't say for sure

thank you so much for your help, I will check this out with Stripe support. It seems we're using an old API version.

Gotcha. I'd try upgrading that (as long as you don't have anything running in production that would break from an upgrade)

#

But yeah also checking with Support is the right thing to do
