1. which customer portal are you using? the one using the API, or the no code one?

2. it depends. how are you creating the Subscriptions?

3. there's this: https://docs.stripe.com/connectors/salesforce, but here on Discord we know nothing about it

1. We are using the no-code customer portal

2. Users register with us via Auth0 which creates a new account in our database synced to Salesforce, where our subscriptions are managed. It should not be possible for the user to acquire a second license, at least not with the same email.
