It gives access to all transactions to my accounting and all the EUR transactions are missing. They only get the USD

Yes, but what specifically is your integration doing? How are you getting all the transactions? Are you using the API? Exporting them? Relying on a third-party plugin?

Sorry let me clarify - do you work for Xolo or do you work for a company that happens to use Xolo? WE need to be talking to them (Xolo) to understand what their integration is doing, not yours

They have only issues with my account. And they get the USD transactions. Only the EUR one are missing

Again, you need to be pushing on Xolo so that they can talk to us and dig into what they're doing / why they're only getting hte USD transactions

I'm not really sure what you mean by that, sorry.

API integrations are at the highest level based on your secret API key.

#

So if your secret key is being used in code somewhere then that code is considered to be your "integration".

#

There are also platforms that can handle your integration for you via their own code when you connect to those platforms.
