i am not seeing all the transfers included in the payout

no, I am not. That is why I am calling that API to check that which transfers are included in the payout
Sorry, I thought you were indicating that the approach you were taking above was missing some Transfers that were inclued in the Payout.
The best way to know for sure if this is working the way you expect it to is to manually verify the results. Look at the Payout, determine which Transfers are in it, then confirm they're all included in the output of your code.
