It won't cycle and automatically generate events as far as I am aware. The two things I can think of are that if there are outstanding open invoices and the user's get emailed the invoices, they can pay the invoice still, so it would be possible to get invoice.paid events. Also your API can still update things like metadata on the subscription, which I believe would create an updated event. Though I'm not 100% on that second one so you may want to test that out in test mode

Other than that no situations I can immediately think of where you'd get an event related to the cancelled subscription
