It looks like those are the settings for your platform account. In the settings for connected accounts, I see that these payment methods are turned off by default https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods/connected_accounts?config_id=pmc_1OwnMnGPWwmX339cPYZ2TG5W
