are you talking about a Payout (sending money from your Stripe balance to your own bank account)?

No the idea is to send money from our balance to some of our supplier. So we don't have to payout to our bank account and then wire the money to their bank account

it's not possible to send money to someone else with Stripe, uless you are using Stripe Connect and the user has a Stripe account.
