Is there any way to reach out to them besides that? They have been very slow in the past to respond to me like over 10 days, and ignore me sometimes.
There are sometimes additional options on https://support.stripe.com/contact but you really need to talk to the connector support folks, and they can only be reached via email. They're not available on chat or calls.
Is there a direct email I could email? I used to be able to email support@stripe.com but that email doesn't seem to work anymore. Sorry to keep bothering you
