Hello! Currently we don't offer a way to clear out test data through the API

if I delete all the test data from Stripe Test mode, how long does it actually take for all data to be deleted? because the stripe dashboard shows all data deleted, but when I try to create a customer with an email that was previously on the test mode using the API, I get an error User is already a Stripe customer

Hmm... if you're seeing it deleted in the dashboard it should be all gone - where are you seeing that error?
