This channel is for direct technical integration with Stripe. For third party integration such as WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, I'd recommend checking with their support.

Just need to go in the settings in Payments > Stripe and click one button 'update to the new version'.

That's very not cool for our store, this week end i have done 0 orders because of Stripe. Just an email to say 'go to settings and update' that would be fine.
