In IOS there is Apple policy for user must accept T&C while using Tap to Pay. Is there any T&C for Android from Google play store?

If you're referring to Apple Acceptance Platform User Terms and Conditions, this only applies to Apple: https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/payments/setup-reader/tap-to-pay?platform=ios
Android doesn't have similar terms and conditions

Oh sorry! I didn't read the doc you shared clearly
Tap to Pay is used to accept the payments. Any mobile that supports NFC wallet payment can be used to make a payment on a Tap to Pay mobile
Terms and Conditions here refers to the acceptance on the iOS device that accepts the payment, not the customer mobile which uses to make a payment
