Hi! Do you've an example of an 'unauthorised' payment?
Unfortunately not. The risk assessment is shown as "Normal" in the payment overview. I only get the following message (freely translated from German):
"We have detected a high number of unauthorised payments on your account. Payouts have now been interrupted. We will initiate refunds for affected card payments five days after your Stripe account is closed. However, it may take longer for the refund to appear on a cardholder's statement. If you believe we have made an error, please provide additional information about your business."
An extract from the commercial register did not help.
However, I can't understand the first sentence in particular, and unfortunately the support only responds sporadically and imprecisely.
Yeah this is an issue related to the supportability of your account. You need to speak to support โ it's non-technical in nature (nothing to do with how you're integrating)
