👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1222572228600922212

Hello!

#

I think you'll need to reach out to support to fix this, but let me make sure...

Hi there

#

Both and my developer have been trying for months for help.

magic sedge
#

So you've already contacted support about this?

astral fox
#

For other requests related to Stripe App Marketplace

#

Can you either delete the app or increase the 1 published app limit for our account?

#

I just send another email to support again now.

magic sedge
#

I can't do that, no. Only support can help with issues like that.

#

Note this is a public server; not sure if you want to put your email out in public.

#

Your best bet is probably to create another Stripe Account for this other app.

astral fox
#

But an app can't be published from a non activated account, right?

magic sedge
#

Correct, you would need to activate the account first.

astral fox
#

Which basically means it has to be a different entity, correct?

magic sedge
#

No, it can be the same entity.

#

It's common for a single entity to have multiple Stripe accounts so different ventures/projects/etc. are isolated from each other.

astral fox
#

Interesting

#

If the entity is already registered and active account for 10 years will it be activated immediately?

magic sedge
#

I don't think it will be instant, no, but I don't know much about the account activation/verification process.

#

That's a better question for support than here.
