No Card record) so it wasn't possible for them to complete 3D Secure. They should use a different card and contact their bank.

not, you use Checkout so it all works by default and you don't need to do anything special. You can test in test mode using the test mode cards to confirm.

you can't, we don't expose it in the API/dashboard today

also not No Card record as reason.. what is the meaning, it mean that the user have no 3ds enabled in the bank account ?
not sure, it's just part of the 3D Secure specification and there's not much information on the specific meanings.
