you seem to need a Customer object
From the Subscription object you should have the customer id
Fire a Retrieve Customer API and you could have their email

But in other endpoints I'm utilising, such as "invoice.payment_succeeded" and "charge.refunded," they already include attributes like email.

Stripe has the capability to send emails when a subscription is canceled, suggesting there might be an endpoint that includes email information. However, I've been unable to locate such an endpoint. If I'm misunderstanding your point, please clarify.
