Can you share the request ID for the API request where you updated the Subscription?
i dont have it sorry , but i have the customer id , cus_PmI28yW3sHYJad , the user had an issue first then he succeed , i want to know what iis the issue
After the update to the Subscription in this request https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_X2rn5C1qkayRdv, the payment method requuired addtional authentication via 3DS
The customer completed the 3DS authentication
thats the first update , but normaly the we have another update for that subscription (he did an upgrade plan) there he had an issue

so first we create the user subscription , then we update it when its paid ,
after it the user want to upgrade his pln in our dashboard , what we do is to update the subscription after calculating the proration
on the upgrade (update subscription had an error) i wanted to know what was that issue
it is related too to the 3ds?
Sorry but I can't figure out which API request you are referring to unless you have the request ID
The only request I saw that failed recently for that customer was due to 3DS
I cannot say that unless you can provide me the request ID for that update request

so the user didnt had a payment failed after updating the subscription with a new priceID?
